It couldn’t be easier

It takes just a few clicks and less than five minutes to get your AVLA licence: you simply need to answer a few questions and provide your details. The whole process takes just 4 steps. Furthermore, by creating your personal account, you can then access your data and documents whenever it is convenient for you.

Please note that the only manner to obtain the AVLA licence is via this website which is secured. Invoices are issued automatically when you complete your registration here. We never ask for credit card information via email or calls. In case you receive any suspicious requests or communications, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

Get your licence

Please answer the following questions regarding your establishment (e.g. your hotel, B&B, guesthouse, etc.). The system will show how much the licence would cost you, including any applicable discounts.

If you operate more than one business, you have the option to register them all under a single umbrella account. Upon payment, you will then obtain just one invoice detailing the various establishments and a licence certificate for all of the premises. To proceed this way, answer the questions below regarding the first establishment and click on “Add to cart”. Then choose "Add another establishment". The information you entered will be saved and you will be able to answer the questions for your next establishment. Once you have added them all, you can simply click "View Cart.

Please indicate how many bedrooms with TVs or screens there are in your premises.

Standard tariff: 10 GBP per bedroom + VAT per year.

Discount for small establishments:
Customers who operate just one establishment with up to 15 bedrooms with TVs/screens benefit from a special 20% discount on the licence.
Please select the option that corresponds to the total floor area of the communal areas of your establishment (e.g. the lobby, restaurant, bar, gym, etc.) with TVs or screens.
Please select here the months in which your establishment is open.
Seasonal concessions: we charge pro-rata only for the months of effective operation (e.g. if you operate 4 months, you will pay a third of the annual cost).
The information entered here will be shown in the licence. If the company owning or operating the establishment has different details or you want to use other billing information, you will be able to add it later on. In case you have a coupon code you will be able to enter it when you view the Cart, in the next step.
